Tyrone Township

Project Background

Tyrone Township, located 60 miles northwest of Detroit, received grant funds from the State of Michigan's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant program to reduce energy demand at its township offices/hall. Lumerica (named LumaSmart at the time) was chosen to upgrade all light fixtures with energy efficient products. Lumerica specified LED lights in 66 of 71 light fixtures with induction lights being utilized in the remaining fixtures.
